Dear Customers, Vendors, Employees, and Friends,
I first want to express my deep gratitude for your relationship with Fiber Pad, Inc. Because of the people, companies, and communities that we are connected with, we have continued to thrive for over thirty-five years. Even during difficult economic times, Fiber Pad, Inc. has been able to rely on the repeat business of our satisfied customers and we are grateful. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you more information about us: where we are now, where we are going, and why we remain your best choice of thermoforming supplier.
Fiber Pad, Inc. is still proudly located in Tulsa, Oklahoma; our central location allows us to ship products anywhere in North America with ease. Operating out of three facilities totaling 105,000 square feet, our newest facility was constructed in 2013 and utilizes brand new equipment that expands our production capabilities in vacuumforming, pressure forming, and thermoforming. We have a wide variety of equipment and are capable of producing nearly any plastic product. In addition, our engineering and programming departments work interdependently to build the perfect mold for your part, allowing us to provide you with a prototype before the thermoforming process begins.
Fiber Pad, Inc. is constantly pursuing lean manufacturing to reduce costs for our customers. Given the current economic stasis of the world, we are now more determined than ever to provide our quality products at affordable prices. We can provide secondary services such as painting, gluing, and other assembly needs as desired. Our ever-expanding experience enables us to handle all aspects of production and logistics.
Quality assurance and customer satisfaction have remained our focus throughout the years. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified, AS9100:Rev. C certified, and have also been certified by customers who require more rigorous standards than the rest of their industry. These certifications ensure that we have streamlined processes, lower production costs, fewer nonconforming products, and minimal mistakes in the production process. These certifications require a substantial commitment of both time and resources to achieve and maintain. Fiber Pad, Inc. holds these certifications because we have an earnest concern regarding the quality and affordability of our customers' parts.
As we move toward the future, Fiber Pad, Inc. is preparing for growth. We are researching additional methods of plastic manufacturing in order to offer more choices and opportunities to our customers. We continue to network with industry professionals, touching numerous and diverse manufacturing sectors and creating broad exposure to opportunities to aide us in this growth process.
All the while, we continue to provide high-quality thermoformed products that are useful in a variety of industries. Accomplishing this is no small feat, so we treat every part like a custom part, giving each special attention during every stage of development; seeing a part created properly, from concept to completion, is our chief priority. This has been fundamental to our success and is why we continue to be the best supplier for your thermoforming needs.
I would like to thank our customers, suppliers, and employees once more for their loyalty and invite those who are not familiar with Fiber Pad, Inc. to contact us and see how we can serve you.
